Set in the beautiful Adirondack park, Aldersgate is simply ideal.

Aldersgate is a camp and retreat center owned and operated by The Upper New York Conference of The United Methodist Church. We open our facility to churches, educational groups, and other nonprofit organizations whose mission/purpose is not in conflict with The United Methodist Church. We can serve groups ranging from 12 to 300 people, depending upon the season.

Our site boasts over 200 wooded and open acres with gorgeous views on three Adirondack Lakes. In addition to providing facilities for groups to conduct their own retreats, meetings, worship services, and programs, we can assist with program planning, guide groups through our low ropes course, conduct retreats and workshops, lead singing and games, and provide leadership for recreational activities.

In the summer months (mid June to early August) Aldersgate operates as a resident Christian summer camp. Ages 6 to 18 are invited to spend a week or more in one of our exciting summer programs. Aldersgate also offers programs for families and special populations beyond summer camp.
