Camp Echo Information for Parents

If you are registered for Camp Echo 2012, here is information you need to know before you arrive:

Check-In:  Our New Year’s celebration begins on Friday, December 30, 2011.  You may check-in at Emmaus Commons beginning at 4:00 pm.  When you check-in, please bring any medications that you will be taking while at camp.  Come check out the Riggall Gift Shop for cool stuff, too!

Clothing and Equipment:  We suggest you bring the following items: your Bible, a snack to share (something to share with 5 people), slippers for when we are inside, plenty of warm clothes for indoors and out (sweaters, wool socks, slippers, jacket, hat, gloves, boots), your sleeping bag or sheets and a pillow if you’d like, toiletries, and towels.

The Plan: Camp Echo will include snow games like Jack Frost, arts & crafts, a snow sculpture contest, hot chocolate, your favorite wacky games, the Star Studded Variety Show, New Year’s Eve countdown, and a whole-lotta-fun!

Checkout: Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, and so it is with Camp Echo.  Please ask your parents to pick you up at 2:00 pm on Sunday January 1, 2011.  Parents/Guardians or a pre-designated person must sign you out at check-out.  Campers will not be released to anyone except those listed on the check-in sheet without prior notice in writing. Please bring a photo ID to show to staff at check-out.

Any questions?  If so you can reach us at 315-364-8756 or e-mail us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). We look forward to seeing you soon!
