Our staff is a team and every person is essential to our mission of loving kids to Christ. Regardless of position, the focus is the same. Everything we do is directed at the heart of our ministry…our campers.

- Counseling Positions
- Counselor
Responsible for counseling one cabin of 6 – 8 campers per week for up to 8 weeks. Counselors are role models, spiritual guides, teachers, best friends, nature guides, entertainers and inspirations to their campers.
Counselors enthusiastically experience camp with their campers, playing, eating, worshiping, and sharing in a Christian community.
- Dean and Lead Counselors
Responsible for the specific program to which he or she is assigned. Serves as a first line of communication between program and supervisor, lends support and guidance to counselors within the program, and ensures the schedule and programming is precise. Also may be accountable for the responsibilities of “counselor.” Deans often plan the creative elements of the program.
- Program & Operational Positions
- Lifeguard
Plans and safely carries out the waterfront activities of fun and learning. Waterfront staff are also role models and are called upon to assume counselor roles from time to time. They also may assist with program duties. Must have valid certifications in: Waterfront Life Guarding and CPR/FPR/AED. WSI and boating experience preferred.
- Program Assistant
Provides specific program activities related to athletic games, environmental awareness, camp crafts, group initiatives, campfires, special events, worship services, and/or music.
- Kitchen Assistant
Assists the Food Service Manager/Cook with meal preparation, cleaning dishes and cooking equipment, and keeping kitchen and dining areas clean. Also will be called upon for programming needs and to assist with camper bed time.
- Maintenance Assistant
Assists the Property Manager with grounds keeping, housekeeping, and routine maintenance. Also will be called upon for programming needs and to assist with camper bed time.
- Administrative Positions
- Health Director
The Health Director ensures health standards are met, administers medications according to standing orders, and is the primary responder in the event of accident or illness. Minimum EMT certification required.
- Waterfront Coordinator
Responsible for the entire waterfront operation. This includes supervising staff, maintaining safety standards and equipment, and general maintenance. Supervises guards and other staff as required. Must have substantial life guarding and leadership experience and proficiency in various water activities. Must have valid certifications in: Waterfront Life Guarding and CPR/FPR/AED. WSI preferred. Minimum age: 21 years.
- Head Guard
Assists Waterfront Coordinator in running the waterfront operation. Must have at least 2 years waterfront experience, leadership abilities, and proficiency in various water activities. Also must have valid certifications in: Head Life Guard, Waterfront Life guarding and CPR/FPR/AED. WSI preferred.
