What are Base Camps?
Base Camps are simply age-based programs, where campers choose the activities and electives in which they want to participate. That way, each camper gets maximum choice in what they want their camp experience to be! What could be better?!

How do I find the right experience for me?
1 Your Base Camp
Base Camps are age-based, so you'll need to find the right camp for your age group. (Click on your base camp name for more information, a sampling of the activities you'll be able to choose from, and amazing Adventure Packages for that Base Camp.)
- + If you’re age is 6, 7, 8 - You’re an EXPLORER!
- + If you’re age is 9, 10, 11 - You’re a CHALLENGER!
- + If you’re age is 12, 13, 14 - You’re a MOUNTAINEER!
- + If you’re age is 15, 16, 17, 18 - You’re an ADVENTURER!

2 Choose the Date
Each Base Camp is offered for 5 weeks in the summer. Select the date that best fits your family’s summer schedule.
Base Camp and all of its goings-on, is a flat rate of $395.00.
! Adventure Packages
Each Base Camp comes with a gi-normous amount of activities to choose from, but if you want to add a TWIST to your schedule, you may choose to register for an Adventure Package! Once you’ve completed your Adventure Package, you’ll jump right back into Base Camp where you left off!
The Choice is Yours
At Aldersgate, you will have the option of choosing at LEAST 15 elective activities each week. Choose swimming, archery, woodworking, t-shirt design, and nature study… or be adventurous and try a new activity each day. You will select your activity choices by your age-based Base Camp, and a schedule will be designed for your own week of fun.
!Don't forget...
A $75 deposit per session must be submitted with the registration in order to be processed ... and if you get the registration in by May 1, 2010 you will be able to take advantage of the “Early Bird Discount.”
