Aqua Blast

Play loads of water games every day and learn to snorkel as you search the shallow waters for treasure.

Awesome Outpost, Buggin’ Out

Sleep out, camp out, cookout, and bug out! Catch, study, and start your own collection of some of the most unique creatures in nature... BUGS! You will also travel to Cayuga Nature Center to see amazing bugs in action.

Beach Bums

Bum around the shores of Owasco Lake, plus learn to SCUBA dive, tube and water-ski!

Beginnings

Start off on the right foot! Enjoy a two-day program with activities like crafts, swimming, a wagon ride, Bible stories, and games. Meet new friends while we learn about God.

Bikes, Boards, and Blades

Get ready for mountain biking, skate boarding, and rollerblading thrills! Ride the trails on a Diggler, hit the ramps and hot rails, and do some off road trail blazing on your bike. Plus, visit two different skate parks during the week. NEW this year, we will go wakeboarding!

Boots and Saddles

This program is for novice and beginning riders, as well as those who ride infrequently. It focuses on riding basics including saddling, walking, and trotting. Four visits to the stables include horse science, grooming, and chores.

Camp Getaway

Love coming to camp? Looking to get away and travel? Here’s your chance to do all that while at camp! Explore New York State on trips you help to plan once you arrive at camp. Travel to a new destination of your choice each day. You never know where the road will lead!

Campolodeon

Get a sampling of the wackiness of You Can’t. The daily schedule will bring the whole group through all the things that make camp fun. Meet wild and wacky characters who will appear when you least expect it!

Casowasco Olympics

Try your hand at different sports including soccer, basketball, and volleyball. Campers will also have the opportunity to sign up for individual events like mountain biking or rollerblading, so bring your gear. The older age group will travel to Champions for Life for indoor soccer!

Club Casowasco

Join us this year at the coolest club around. A custom schedule will be created just for Club that includes the activities you want to do. Make your favorite dessert, visit the Highlands and ride the Digglers, get blobbed, create pieces of artwork, or try the NEW Molecule. It’s up to you when you visit the Club.

Creative Crafters

Create a new piece of artwork every day. Use beads, Sculpey© clay, boondoggle, rubber stamps, and more. Make it and display it at your very own art show on Friday for your friends and family.

NEW!Creature Camp

Get out your magnifying glass, because we’re going to explore all of the creatures of Owasco Lake. Find their habitats and learn what they need to survive. Fish from the shore and from a boat, plus learn the art of fly tying from a NYS Licensed Fly-Fishing Guide.

Director’s Invitational

By invitation only: The best leadership exploration event around. Participants will learn to use their leadership skills for God’s glory. First time campers must be nominated by their churches or other local organizations. Alumni campers may register using the enclosed registration form and procedure. For more information or a nomination form, please contact Casowasco!
*First time nominee fees are paid in full by their nominating agency. Alumni may request sponsorship from their local church if they wish. There is no expectation that churches will be able to sponsor them.

Extreme Livin’

Come for a week of extreme adventure and participate in thrilling activities each day. Challenge yourself to climb on a high ropes course and drift away on a Whitewater rafting trip!

Family Camp

Need a vacation getaway for the entire family? Why not come to camp?! Experience all the fun activities as a family. Enjoy a few nights away and some quality time with each other. Staff members plan some kids-only time while adults take some time to relax, reflect, and enjoy the lake or a nap! An adult must accompany children and youth participants.

Fishin’ For Fun

Learn about Jesus, the Master Fisherman and improve your fishing skills! Bait a hook, catch and release, and have a “reel” good time.

FOB FOB

We know you can’t get enough FOB FOB! It stands for Feet On Bunk, Flat On Back. Come relax and enjoy FOB's all over Casowasco in fun and funky ways. You choose when to FOB and when to play! Sleep in most mornings and have breakfast in your building!

God’s Kids

Discover what it means to be God’s child! Here’s a short program filled with crafts, games, swimming, a wagon ride, Bible stories and campfires.

Kingdom Bound

Join us for Kingdom Bound — a 4-day Christian festival with awesome Christian bands, insightful seminars, meaningful worship experiences and great fellowship. Spend time at camp and travel to Darien Lake Theme Park for Kingdom Bound. We will camp out near the park during the event and spend an extra day on the rides before returning to camp.

NEW!Little Explorers

Come explore Casowasco inside and out. Each clue will tell you what your next activity will be: swimming, hiking, crafts, games, even a scavenger hunt.

NEW!Motor Madness

Do you like motors and engines? Come and see your share of classic sets of wheels. Build and take home your own radio control car. Race go-carts, drive remote control cars, use remote control boats on Owasco Lake, and remote control “birds” in the field. Enjoy a cruise-in and get greasy.

Muddapalooza

The sloppiest, messiest, MUDDIEST time you’ve ever had at camp! Highlands adventures with lots of – you guessed it – MUD!

NEW!Rapid Rides

Feel the need for speed at the go-cart track, learn what teamwork is all about on the challenge course, and head off on the trails mountain biking or on Digglers. Don’t forget archery and the Blob. Try out our NEW Molecule from behind the speedboat. Hold on to your hat for a wild camp ride.

Rookie Saddlers

For those with little to no riding experience. This special four-day version of Boots and Saddles is a great chance to sample horseback riding. You will travel to the stables three times.

S.O.S.

Splash Or Swim all week long, plus ride the waves with your friends on the Waterboggan!

Summer’s Last Blast

You pick your favorite activities and a schedule will be custom-designed for your own week of fun! Explore the Highlands on Digglers, find your way with a compass, use the bouldering wall, and try out the NEW Molecule from behind the speedboat. Choose from swimming, biking, archery, sports, crafts, photography, boating and more.

Live B.I.G. (your Belief in God) through music, Bible stories, crafts, and activities to help you better understand God’s purpose for your life. A 2:1 camper/counselor ratio is maintained (for Special Needs Campers).

That’s Artrageous

Take it up a notch and develop your awesome artistic talents. Work with clay and other mediums, and learn painting and drawing techniques. Draw, sculpt, and create. Showcase your masterpieces at an art show on Friday for family and friends!

The ReMix

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, please join us as we welcome Jill Phillips & Andy Gullahorn back to the Casowasco stage! Jill (a DOVE Award winning artist) & Andy are Nashville based singer-songwriters. Both are accomplished, skilled guitar players having toured with Bebo Norman, Sara Groves and Caedmon’s Call. Join them for this ReMix to learn the ins and outs of song-writing, rehearsing & performing both vocally and on guitar. You will write and learn songs to perform for a star studded concert for fellow campers, parents, family, and friends. C’mon up and join Jill and Andy at center stage.

Two Wheelin

Join your teammates as you hit the trails on your mountain bike and learn how to ride over different types of terrain. Explore the Casowasco Highlands on our Digglers.

Whodunnit?

Be a super sleuth! Come to camp and take part in solving a mystery! You will have the chance to explore the scene, talk to witnesses and suspects, gather clues, and put it all together to figure out “whodunnit?”

NEW!Wilderness Explorers

During this extreme week in the Highlands, you will discover what it takes to live in the wild. Learn which plants are edible, build and cook over a fire, construct a shelter out of natural materials, and navigate your way with a compass and by the sun and stars.

Windjammers

Ahoy matey! Learn to sail on the waters of Owasco Lake.You’ll learn what cardinal points are, the difference between a jibe and coming about, and when to let go of the sheet when you’re out of control.

Wranglers

For experienced riders only. Wranglers offers an advanced challenge while going to the stables all five days. Trot, canter, and jump!

You Can’t Crew

Do you love camp? Wish there was something to take you to the next step? Then enjoy this revved-up program for older Tweekers. Learn about leadership, counseling, and activity skills development... plus all of the You Can’t fun!

You Can’t Do That At Camp

This is it! The one you’ve heard about (or lived) for years. We pull out all the stops for this week of crazy camp fun!

You Can’t Do That At Camp For Two Weeks

Can’t get enough in one week? Be a part of history at the 10th Anniversary of You Can’t Tweekers! These two weeks of camp, plus a Tweekend, will triple the fun, the friends, and the memories. Celebrate with the craziest activities ever, and witness the return of Stripeman!

You Can’t Do That: Highlands Edition

Live outdoors in Hogan tents and spend half your day in the Highlands, then hike to main site to experience the You Can’t craziness.

You Can’t Do That: On the Road

Enjoy the wackiness of You Can’t on and off site when you travel to a new location each day. Past destinations have included Seabreeze, matinee movies and pizza, whitewater rafting, Darien Lake, rock ventures, laser tag, and other awe- some Central New York locations. Get ready to hit the road!
